To begin hypnosis or life coaching, you will be asked to answer a series of psychological and personality tests to gain insight about your current life circumstances.
All the hypnotherapy sessions are done online. Sessions will be recorded as a resource in between sessions to reinforce the changes you experience as a result of hypnotherapy.
Depending on the problem, hypnoanalysis may be recommended to determine if there are hidden issues that affect or cause your problem. Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt Therapy, Parts Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and many others may also be used depending on the challenge at hand.
Once the issues come to a point of resolution, an ego strengthening, and reinforcement hypnotherapy session may be recommended to strengthen the changes and prevent the problem from reoccurring.
To ensure full treatment, at least 3 sessions is recommended.
The first session will involve an exploration of the problem. The second session will address the specific issues brought to therapy. The last session will reinforce the second session so as to fully integrate the changes experienced in previous sessions.
