COUNSELING

Commonly known as “talk therapy”, counseling is a service that utilizes psychological principles to help people deal more intentionally with a variety of concerns and goals in life such as wellness goals, relational concerns, mental and emotional challenges, stress coping, life transitions, trauma, and personality problems affecting work and relationships.
Counseling typically focuses on wellness, growth, and ordinary problems of living. At M2, we serve individuals of all ages, couples, families and groups.
