INTAKE / ADMISSION PROCESS

Occupational / Speech Therapy

1. Email requirements for preferred therapy and include in your email your preferred service option (see requirements and service options below for desired therapy).

​2. To confirm each session, we require prepayment. We send clients the bill for each service first through the email address you provided with the subject: M2 Billing.

​3. Once paid, we request clients to provide a picture of proof of payment on the same email thread with the subject: M2 Billing.

​4. After the payment is confirmed, we connect clients with the corresponding therapist. It can take up to one week for the therapist to contact each client referral.

      2. Written Home Instruction + 1 Online Mentoring

      3. Homecare Service

      4. In-Center

2. To confirm participation of clients, we implement prepayments for all of our online services. Thus, we will be sending you the billing first through the email address you have provided.

 

​3. Once paid, we request clients to provide a picture of proof of payment on the same email thread with the subject: Counseling Billing.

4. After the payment has been confirmed, we send clients a link which will serve as the "virtual counseling room" for each session with the recommended therapist. The therapist will be given the client’s contact information.

What are the requirements needed to start counseling?

Interested clients can start without any documents, but if a referral from a psychologist or a psychiatrist is available, it may be presented to the therapist.

How would I know if counseling is the therapy for me?

A FREE 15-minute consultation online is available with M2’s licensed psychologists to determine if counseling can be helpful to you.

What will happen right after I have submitted my information for the free 15-minute consultation?
The information you submit through the google form will be referred to one of our licensed clinicians. Thereafter, the clinic will get in touch with you to schedule the consultation. All information will remain confidential.
